·         Providing construction and management services to contractors and property management firms for general engineering and low voltage installations.

·         Reviewing sites for safety, ADA issues, and construction feasibility.

·         Assist with preparing RFP’s or RFP response/bid. Review contract and plans for errors or emissions.

·         Create submittal packages, COP’s, estimates and response for RFI’s.

·         Conduct site surveys for milestone compliance and document owner noted deficiency items for punch list.

 

Field Construction Manager - Los Angeles Unified School District - Commission and Compliance

·         Tasked to review compliance of campus life-safety systems and infrastructure, ensuring that LAN/WAN P/A, Intrusion, and CCTV systems met with industry standards, LAUSD specifications and applicable codes.
